I’ve made some of my best friends at this company. I’m never left questioning if something is wrong which makes me feel so comfortable! Everyone is so helpful and kind. There is always great communication between the staff and management.
When I have a question I’m never looked down on for not knowing something. Since I’ve been at this company I’ve learned more than I have in my entire career in the dog industry. Since day 1 I have felt included and supported. I moved to Denver from out of state on just the idea of working for PAVLOV, and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made.I started working at Pavlov Dog Training Facility as a Trainer in early March 2022. It takes the job seriously and invests in you as much as you are willing to invest into the company. Working closely with other trainers and a variety of dogs is a necessity for a dog trainer starting out, and I’ve learned more about the industry in the last few weeks than my previous 3 years of professional experience combined. What I find most valuable of all is the experiences I am exposed on a daily basis. The pay is fair, especially when considering the field of work and cost of living here in Denver. This was offered after I was hired on and is a generous perk to being a full-time employee. Medical, dental, vision and life insurances as well as retirement.

That being said, we come from different backgrounds and individually have a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to the table.Īs my time with PAVLOV progresses, I continue to be amazed with all the benefits of working here which does include FULL BENEFITS. We all share the same passion for dogs and training them, as well as the desire to help clients on their journey of dog ownership. Everyone is open and easy to talk to, which makes learning the job that much easier. Though I’ve only been part of the team for a short time now, it truly feels like I am an important part of PAVLOV. I am a current Board & Train Dog Trainer that was hired middle of January. Even when I’m down I am always excited knowing o get to work at Pavlov the next day. I can FINALLY wake up and be excited to come to work. New learning opportunities constantly which keep the job a very fun place to be.
